Borrower must have been the owner or the tenant of the damaged property (documentation required)
The current home must be located in the PDMDA and must be destroyed or damaged to an extent that reconstruction or replacement is necessary

Loan Application and FHA case number must be within 1 year of the date the PDMDA is declared:
September 10 for Florida counties
August 25 for Texas counties
September 15 for Georgia counties
